Whats up neighbor! R&C autobody on rt 100 is good. So is townline in monroe on rt 25. Family in BPT isnt bad but havent been to them in quite a few years. sabo in seymour is also good. Thos are actual body shops.....theres always the hack job that is Maaco. not sure what the price would be etc.

My dad went to stay with my sister up in Rochester for a while now that he's retired. Gonna do some stuff around the house for my sister and bother in law, as well as help out with the kids after my sister has surgery tomorrow.

Guess if it snows I'll have to go to my parents house on Sunday and clean the driveway for my mom since she stayed behind. She's not retired yet, so she couldn't go.

I will believe the snow when I see it. Been fooled by the weather folks a few too many times to take them seriously at this point.

 

So far so good with the awning. The rear bumper is from body armor and
the solar panel is the 100w, from harbor freight, its's been handling carwashes pretty well.

 

Random question...

Does anyone one here use or has used CashApp to buy and send payments in bitcoin?

Curious about feedback on/about it. Looking into something that only accepts payment in bitcoin, and they recommend doing it via CashApp since you can buy bitcoin and pay in bitcoin, but the app requires a debit card linked in order to do it... can't use a credit card.

 

Some day I will get/make one of those! I just have a regular cheap ARB awning with legs and I would like to get something freestanding. I will also need a nice tall bed rack then!

Hey now! I have an unused degree in meteorology and I take offense to how accurate this is. They don't know. I interned with Brad Field at NBC and pretty much what I gathered is they would have to over predict the weather forecast since if they call for a dusting and you see a major storm, people would be more pissed than if they had over prepared and then had nothing happen.
Predicting the weather in the northeast is a crapshoot and very difficult.

 

I wanted to become a weatherman because of Brick Tamland.

 

I got my bachelors with the hope of maybe getting into storm chasing, but that didnt pan out for multiple reasons. Then I looked into getting a masters or PhD but those schools are wildly selective.

 

Got word that the little sister's surgery went well.

Now my pops can really get to work. LOL

 

The stadium inside isn't bad. I went on an ass freezing cold day and didn't even use my gloves once at the seats.

As in 2024 calendar year or the current season?
