Fuck it. Go full send and buy it. Worst case, pull a dealer swap like i did in 6 months for more than you bought it. I did that with a 2018 tacoma. I hated the transmission and needed a full size anyway. They gave me 5k more than i paid buying it back plus end of year discount on the trundra.

Ya being probably the first in Southeast region (going to TN for it) and first allocation I’ll probably be able to flip it if I don’t like it for minimal loss. My wife said that, like if you don’t like it you’re not stuck with it who cares. I remembering seeing early Tundra guys snagging early allocations and flipping for upgrades later at no loss.

Yes, eagerly awaiting for the first TW member to get a new 4th gen. Money is on you. No pressure though! Lol..... And I'm sure you could flip it quite easily. Especially if interest rates start trending down.

I personally don’t think you’ll flip it. I suspect you’re going to like it and might actually keep it a few years.

The coming hybrids will be more, and you know the Pro is going to be WAY more.

I would recommend seeing Underground in person though. There should be some 4Runners in Alabama.

Huh, it seems MSRP has gone up across the industry. 2025 Ram 1500 6-cyl 4x4 starts at $62k and goes up to $95k with all options, and they're all 6-cyl non-hybrid models:

$82k Tundra Capstone is now considered a bargain

    Uh no?
$42,300 and some change. Maybe $62k for the better motor options.

^$42,300 is for base 2WD as shown in the video.

62K is for the Laramie, vs about 60k for the 2024 Laramie. These are pretty loaded trucks with leather heated and cooled seats and stuff.

Ram is also already offering $4,500 off of 2024 1500 models and we are only 3 days into 2024.

But saying the Ram 4x4 starts at $62k is misleading. You really think Ram won’t offer 4x4 on the base model for $3,000 more? Ram sells as a price point. Their cheapest 4x4 won’t be $60k.

^We'll see. The cheaper work truck trims might be in short supply. The Laramie trim might have $10k discounts at some point.

If I could buy a 4Runner Pro in underground for MSRP, I would. It simply isn’t possible in the Gulf States Region.

That might make sense if 99% of consumer products weren’t also shipped here from Asia. :p
