Can get pics in the AM. I still think they’re a good brand. I’ve had them on for about 40k miles. I noticed the lean after returning from a trip out west with 350 ish pounds in the back (rack, tent, water, firewood ect. I felt I probably caused it with the weight and off-roading. I probably should’ve went to stage 3...

i can’t probably get replacements even if that one is shot because my truck is my daily so i can’t just take the springs off right now. i was hoping i could add a spacer somewhere just so i don’t have to look at this horrible lean

I would get those measurements when you get a chance so we know how bad it is really leaning. Measure the front too and maybe post a picture of your truck from the front. I dont have the RXTs but I have been doing a lot of research on them because I was planning to get a set due to stock leafs sagging, I haven't seen anything about them leaning. Doesn't mean yours aren't I just haven't seen anything about it. Maybe more can chime in on if they ended up with a bad lean with RXTs

You can add a spacer to one side if the lean isn't bad. I added a 1/4" spacer to my 1st gen tacoma on the drivers leaf spring to avoid buying leafs for it. I added a spacer to the drivers front coil too. I sold it for my 3rd gen a year later.

When I noticed my lean, I did some looking here on TW and someone put a block on the drivers side rear to compensate. (Just don’t remember who) It’s definitely irritating since that’s the reason I went Icons hoping to not have that problem. I even have a spacer on my drivers side 6112 up front, because I was aware of the Taco lean.

maybe i’ll put a block, measure out both sides and just buy the block to make them even, i rather do that then try to send them back to get different springs

Probably the easiest. Keep in mind, depending on the block size, might need longer Ubolts on that side.

I'm not seeing any cracks either. What I see is what looks like a leaf broken completely in half, hanging down separated from the rest of the pack. It could just be a bad interpretation of the picture. What do you think the piece of metal hanging below the leaf pack on the left side of this pic is? It could be a piece of plastic I suppose, but I wouldn't expect one to be there.

No to the left of that sticking out from the left side of the pic hanging below the leaf pack. I'm more and more thinking that it is something unrelated to the leaf pack, but I can't explain what it is.

I figured it was just the fuel tank skid plate.

Ya I think so too now. I think it's an optical illusion (to my eyes anyway) that it appears to be below the leaf pack.

Given that streets slope to the curb but it still leans the other way I think it’s worse than this pic indicates. Springs don’t necessarily wear or get damaged evenly or at the same time. Metal can get bent or broken at any age. It just looks flattened out to me. You could add a block but the shape is now wrong and probably won’t flex evenly. Under average driving conditions you might notice it (left side drops more over a freeway speed irregularity) and will probably also sit unevenly again when loaded. I’d definitely have the install shop check it out and lean on them a bit if they quibble.

I just installed RXT’s on my own truck and they are .25” off from driver to passenger. If I posted a picture there would be no visible lean. Something weird is going on that is not normal for RXT’s. As someone else said, there are big threads about them and nothing about lean.

can you count the circlip setting on the front driver and passenger for us? We should see one or two settings higher (depending upon which 6112 version you have) on driver or an extra spacer on the driver side.
