Yikes. NWS is now saying for Pittsburgh less than a 1/2 inch. But something about 2 more storms coming next week.

 

Think I may go to harbor freight today and pick up that badlands floor jack. My normal 3 ton I have to stack on blocks just to get the tires off the ground. Also didn't get the tires mounted yesterday. Was going to get my tires switched out. Originally I was going to get my old wheels powder coated. But that's gonna have to hit the back burner for now. I'm just going to re mount my tires on my old rims and swap them out.

Could be more could be less depending on the track of the storm . Right now computer models showing a more inland track ,so possibly heavier snow here where I’m at

 

I can't like this post. I'm not a huge fan of snow. I can deal with the cold but snow no thank you. I hate shoveling snow

 

I maintain that snow is really an acronym for Shit No One Wants.

The only time I like snow is a during deer season . Just a couple inches on the ground makes it easier to see through the woods

 

That and track the deer blood makes things 1000x better.

 

Hopefully this jack takes care of the issues I had with my old jack.

 

Looks easy to move around with those wheels. Let us know.

 

I've been eyeballing this offrod jack for awhile now. Let us know how it does and if it's worth it. I have a gravel driveway so I have to put plywood down for Mt regular floor jack to roll and use. Wish the crossbeam for their other jacks would work on it. I picked one up in open box for $24 last year and haven't used it yet because I didn't buy a Daytona jack yet. Guess I'll have to either sell it or break down and buy a Daytona jack. LOL

 

Just pulled up to my storage unit bout to slap it together and give it a test ride.

 

All you need is a snow blower and Tacoma 4x4 to make snow life very joyful.
