No offense but if you are going to link the truck you should be able to troubleshoot your own suspension issues. Not being a dick.

OP- check LCA bushings or cam tabs, if the tabs “roll/fold” then the alignment can shift under load, worn bushings will be the low flex-point for the front end. From the photo you posted, your coilover lower bushings are way worn, spindle isn’t supposed to look like spaghetti(its bent).
In the future, you may want to invest in some actual performance coilovers (not bilstein) to handle the abuse you say the truck receives, cam tab gussets, and steering upgrade(many options).
Let us know what you find during the bushing replacements, others may have similar issues.

@whatstcp your an idiot. I’ve torn my truck apart heavily. I’ve replaced a lot of components on it. I’ve checked my diff mounts, I’ve pulled my cv’s, I’ve replaced lbj, CV axles, Uca uniballs will be next. I never said I wanted y’all to just fly out and fix it lmao. This kind of issue isn’t very easy to tackle. I have a feeling my pinion gears in the front diff are fucked. Maybe one of the teeth chipped. Like I said I’ve checked all 3 diff mounts. They seem fine but I can certainly send some more pics and a video later

*You're*, at least use proper grammar if you're going to insult someone. I'm not sure what help you're looking for here besides what people have suggested.

Maybe something is the diff is broken so when you reverse its causing binding, and the wheels drag a bit causing the suspension to flex a bit.

The noise you hear could be in the diff. not the axles.

    Stock-ish
Alignment super far off (extreme toe) will pry the lca bushings out in reverse

This is definitely the issue. It turned out the CV burn was being caused by my hub bolts being loose the 2 of 4 bolts were loose up top and I was driving it like that for a bit! I Fixed that issue. It still cambered hard in reverse and my lca mounts are definitely bent up out of shape. Thanks for the help! I’m installing Lca gussets this week so I’ll be straightening those mounts up and I’ll let you know if that was the fix!

Im glad you were able to fix it, My LT Fj cruiser folded its cam tabs and i went with the full gusset kit from Allpro. For my 3rd gen Taco, i have(on the shelf waiting to be burned in) is the Marlin Crawler gusset kit. Way more support than any other “cam Tab gusset” as it is a lower frame brace as well.(priced comparatively too)
    Here’s Marlins(gone too soon!): https://www.marlincrawler.com/armor/axles/hd-lca-frame-brace-2005-2015-tacoma

Yes, the kit does fit the 3rd gen……
