    Just wanted to see what everyone thinks of my headache rack/light bar. I don't have the lights yet but you guys get the idea.The lights will be mounted on the bottom side pointing back and a set of lights pointing out to the side.:)

    That's real nice. I'd be real proud of that. Just to comment though, I'm really nervous about the back corner of the flat plate. Can you go 45 into a radius just south of that inner [presumably] rear light mount?

    I know exactly what you mean, the ones that I'll be building in the future will be just like that. I have it already drawn up, keep in mind that this is just the prototype.I have a couple of other minor changes that I'm going to make. Thank you for looking out and your input ..

    It's just a DTM (direct to metal) primer/sealer just to potect from rust.
    Soon, I just need to figure out pricing on everything

    I might have hung the shovel and axe inside the bed underneath the jack where it'd just be lights up top in the wind but hey, looks great and if you need the bedspace then there ya go. Subbin for light pics and future versions. Hurray for home spun American ingenuity!

    It ceases to be a headache rack when you put lights on top , but either way a great product however you use it , as a rack or lightbar .
