Fox 2.0 w/ Dobinson Coils, Icon AAL - Good Deal?

    I came across a fellow selling Fox
    $977 2.0 IFP Fox 2.0 Performance Coil-Over Front Pair compatible with 2005-2016 Toyota Tacoma
    2.0 IFP (2" Front) with Dobinson Coils and an Icon AAL (1.5" Rear).

    Almost seems too good to be true for $500. Going to ask how many miles are on them, but curious to get this boards thoughts. This is an insane deal, right?

    I want to give him the initial benefit of the doubt. Any suggestions on how to confirm they are in working order prior to purchase and install?

    Perhaps they where given too him, they don't look like there leaking or anything.
    But the set for 500 if they have to be rebuilt or not 500 is a steal!
    I'd go check it out before someone else scores.

    Fox 2.0 get mixed reviews, from what I can remember. I'd do some good research on them. Have removed them from a few Tacomas, that the owners were going a different direction. Mileage and wear on them will be an important factor into whether or not it's worth it.

    Also, why are they selling them?

    For 500 man

    Miles or not rebuild or not for the set of coilovers and the rear aal for 500...you could revuld and sell for asking price. For there not totally fucked up. But by the look of the pics they look in great shape

    I think those have circlips making them height adjustable, but no threads limiting their adjustability.
