Thing is, you can get your settings dialed in so well that your mild steel cut on plasma starts looking like laser

My holes in there are .375" diameter, and that cut-out is only .20" all without bevel and square all the way around

It's how things like my dinosaur figures fit so well together; I just happened to have welded it so I can move it around as needed

If you were a drilling tech I'm not sure where your money went lol.

Welding is a good career still, we have dudes making 4x your current rate at my job in KY. If you focus on the management bits or robots the possibilities are endless!
    I'm in robotic welding myself.

Doesn't appear to be so far haha. It's only gained more active members as each gen of Tacoma comes out.

Thanks man. Super bummed. Honestly I thought about it the last couple weeks and after some thinking I realized that I need to close that chapter in order to start a new one. I do have a canvas print of that picture I posted in the mail so at least I'll have her in my home in one way.

Also who recommended Desert Solitaire? Been reading it and it's an absolute joy. Beautiful writing and his rants are quite interesting how they explore those ideas 60 years later, makes you realize that some things don't change at all. Thanks for whoever recommended it.

My apartment is 800 bucks a month, which is double the cheapest one I could find but for double the money to doesn't smell like piss, has central ac, new actually good carpets, new paint... masking tape was used, utilities, Internet and cable provided

Across the street I can get 99¢ pan dulce and gas is $2.40 a gallon

I just live in a really low cost of living area and for this area im getting paid well... Could be 26/hr if I pass a pipe test, which I'm going to work towards

He’s still on the road I think. And no I don’t have 8k lying around or else I would’ve bought that Element.
