Also Modified the Center console to fit a PCI HDS-7 Baja. Still waiting on a few parts so I can finish mounting it.

One of my neighbors is selling his 2012 Off Road 4 x 4 double cab. Pretty sure he bought it new. He has kept up with maintenance and spared no expense on it including a new timing chain. It has 250k miles but you wouldn't know it. He is asking $13.6k for it. Just thought I would share. His ad is at https://norfolk.craigslist.org/cto/7704845767.html00Z0Z_fWpSezkTF0b_0CI0t2_1200x900_a760c676491dbcf99041f2311b46c23d9b9e543b.jpg00909_8Kett0EMOab_0CI0t2_1200x900_9ec1befce8db84690c94d4748baba289749996a9.jpg00w0w_7YSXe52BPPx_0t20CI_1200x900_ed1487fc301f6856d4ee04714304203091ee4dfa.jpg

    Yes
No, at first I thought it was axle wrap. But come to find out it's the slip yoke on the 2 piece drive shafts. So if your 4runner has the same drive shaft then that's probably the culprit.

This truck is beyond just a vehicle. I can’t get it in and drove from western Texas to New York or Alaska tomorrow and not have any doubts it wouldn’t make it. Got her at 50k miles and now sitting at 138k with almost no major maintenance. A few batteries, 1 alternator (hydro locked) (still has same engine) oil changes every 4k miles, spark plugs, intake manifold. A few missing small upgrades but Jesus, she only continues to impress. Towed my SXS multiple times and although slow as hell, slow and steady always wins the race.

Yesterday, I installed a Sound Ordinance 8" sub/amp under my driver's seat (had to lift it), and today I did my switches. I don't know which one makes me happier.

nice mods and props to you - your truck has come a long way. I think my 2009 sr5 is related to your rig - lots in common. I really like the rims/color, goes well with the MGM.

Stuck some pieces of metal together to make bed rail brackets for the new pelican cargo case... No way was I paying ~$300 for pelican's rail brackets. Not the best weld job but they work perfect

Has anyone had issues buying from ToyotaPartsDeal.com. Picked up new 3rd gen leaf springs for my sons 2012 Taco. Ordered new u-bolt kits from Wheelers and new shackles with bushings from TPD. Received the TPD package Friday. Opened it to find 2 roof weatherstrips and the invoice for them from another customer. Contacted TPD and they have an extremely slow process of handling returns. I searched, and found, the cell number for the guy whose order I received. Contacted him and he indeed received my package however he only received bushings with no shackles. My invoice that he received listed the shackles. I initially thought TPD could just send each of us a drop ship label for us to swap packages. Now all packages have to be returned and start the whole waiting process all over again. I have been buying, selling and shipping thousands of items over the past 6+ years and have never seen such a big screw up.
This is what I received that were supposed to be bushings and shackles:20240105_163006.jpg

That is a big screw up. They need to significantly discount both of your orders for the hassle and inconvenience.
