Good chance I’m going to change up my suspension, including rear leaf springs, in a few weeks. This is on a 2023 SR5 DCSB with about 2k miles. DM if interested in any take-offs, I’m in Denver area.

Tuesday of last week, had an international order make it to California, which made me pretty excited as it's just two days away from here. So I had pretty high expectations when it made it to Nevada the next day, Wednesday. Then it hung out there for a day. By Friday it was in Grand Prairie Texas, taking the scenic route.
Finally made it to Denver Last night.

Looking for a frame shop recommendation. Nice guy I met today for truck parts had his 1st gen double cab rear ended. He had it all fixed up but may suspect the frame isn't straight.

Told him I'd ask the forum for a frame shop rec. Thanks.

I made it down to Independence, just east of Parker, in an effort to see a home we’re interested in. It is a “Bronze” model, which is a ranch with an RV garage and no basement. When I made the appointment the person failed to tell me that none are built.

I did tour a home that has a very similar layout but the rep told me that the newer homes have lighter finishes, etc. The layout was good and the overall quality seemed ok. I noticed that none of the bathroom mirrors have any frames and some of the door trim was a bit short at the bottom. Neither are deal killers but I’d expect a model to be fully upgraded.

The location is out there. I grew up in rural Maine and know what it is like to have to commute for anything. It isn’t quite that bad but I’d definitely like to have a view of the front range, but I guess the location and lack of view is why it’s about $200k less than others.

Blame "insert a certain someone in a certain govt job" (Only insert at your own risk though, those mods don't be messing).
But yes....fast food is stupid expensive these days. Sit down restaurants don't have burgers for less than $15 either I feel like. (Red robin, Chillis)

It's out of control, people gonna start starving and eating each other or neighbor pets.
    Groceries yesterday, $138.79
Two freaking cloth bags, slightly less capacity than a paper one.
Just for little 'ol me. And there still isn't a damn thing to eat in this house. :notsure:

First time shopping in awhile? haha. Not only has cost gone up, quality is way down. Fruits don't last for shit, salad goes bad in a day. Both our kiddos are still in diapers.. don't get me started on that along with wipes and formula. It's damn near criminal.

Speaking of kiddos I need to post up some things no longer needed for you new parents out there. Halo BassiNest, MamaRoo, bottle warmer, bottle sterilizer, infant bath tub, rocking chair, bopi pillow etc.

Lol, nah. Mostly things we need to get by as human beings, shit paper, dryer sheets, dishwasher stuff, hair stuff (happy I still have it), things of that nature. There was one roast and I splurged on a quart of chocolate milk. And 6 donuts.
And things that get flushed need not be so expensive. Just sayin.

No argument on your overall assessment of inflation, but pro tip...

Wendy's Biggie Bag will get you a JBC, 4-peice nuggets, fries, and a drink (or Frosty) for $5 and change. Upgrade to a Double Stack for $1 and add bacon for another $1. That's like 2010 prices.

Just make sure you order as the Biggie Bag. The same stuff ordered separately costs twice as much.
