Upgraded the rear speakers today, and installed vibration damping mat in the process. I'll do the fronts later this week; Kicker tweeters should be here today, and the 6x9s in a few days. I can't believe how cheap the OEM drivers are.

P# for the lowers 6112, I replaced mine last friday. Press out the old, lube the new and press in the new Nicely. Dont press the rubber, find a socket that fits the outer steel edge and they go right in.

I was pretty shocked at the return process. First you open a case. Then wait for the return dept to email you. Then have to send pictures of what you received. Then they email you with acknowledgement. Then, since closed weekends, they are supposed to provide return label and instructions I assume on Monday, mail the wrong items back, wait for them to receive it, and then they will issue and ship the correct items. The crap to go through for $50 worth of parts while saving $8 from another supplier. Discount or not they should send the correct parts while awaiting a return of the wrong parts. And all this for the 2 of us that got the wrong packages. I cannot wait to post my review. I don't mind waiting for parts but I hate this process. Not customer friendly for a big Toyota parts supplier.

I installed a Haltech Elite 1500 ECU, FiveOMotorsports 750cc flow matched injectors, and a Boomslang jumper harness. Waiting on an o2 controller module and then the tuning begins.

I think the previous owner left the camper shell on full-time and let water build up around the tailgate, because both latches were rusted to hell when I bought it. The only rust on the whole truck, thankfully. I finally installed new hardware today (passenger side shown). I might do the cables next.

I have knocked out several small mods in the last month. Rear dif breather, 8 gang switch box, Sony touch screen stereo, replaced OEM speakers, switched out my bed tool box for one that nests in the bed, made some limb risers, replaced the oem tailgate cover with a flat one, replaced my fabricated spring ham radio antenna mount with a more robust one, did the uni filter mod, relocated the trailer plug, relocated the heated seat switches, replaced all my roof rack lighting, added an IR driving light and added a DTRL cut off switch.

Finished my suspension refresh today. New rear shocks, reinstalled my rebuilt coilovers, rebuilt my TC UCAs w/ new bushings and icon delta joints.

    Sound deadening!
After 7h I was only able to complete the 2 rear doors... maybe I put too much Kilmat inside the doors (nearly full coverage inside and out)?
I used cutting boards to make solid covers for the holes.
More pictures on my build thread.

Tell me, was it worth it? Debating doing all of my interior this spring. Hopefully the rubber flooring is still available then too.
