If financing the full amount for sure. Even with my $41k down payment I was still at around $300-400 a month. Have no idea how these jones are paying $700k mortgage and these crazy payments.

They're eeking by on credit cards I'd imagine, but it catches up eventually.

I was pondering that out loud yesterday wondering if the Pro and TH would come with a larger capacity tank.

The Tundra has a larger tank option and the Ranger Raptor comes with a larger tank so it's not unprecedented for Toyota or the class.

I think the new Land Cruiser has a larger tank and also shares this platform too.

I couldn't find any official info on the 2024 LC fuel capacity or the 2024 GX550... on US sites. lexus.ca however has the GX550 fuel capacity at 21gal. Also of interest, it says it get 18/25/21 city/hwy/comb vs 19/23/20 for a TRD OR.

Riddle me this, lexus.ca says GX550 gets 18/25/21 - no asterisk/estimated. Lexus (US) says "estimate*" 15/21/17????

Us gal vs imp gal. Not really a hard mystery to solve.
Both are most likely estimated. Us probably has to declare that its estimated. In canada we dont care about efficiency in our gas burning people movers.

Okay, solve these mysteries. A Limited Tundra gets 17/22mpg and a Tundra Max gets 19/22. Curb weights are 5,500lb and 6,000lb respectively. A Limited Sequoia (Max) gets the same 19/22mpg and weighs 6,100lb.

    1. Tundra Pro mpg drops to 18/20, presumably because of bigger tires/lift, but Sequoia Pro still gets 19/22??
    2. How does the GX550 with a detuned non-Max V6 and a curb weight of 5,600lb only get 15/21mpg??

It’s all lies and BS. No one is getting those mpgs in real life conditions.

I have vehicle ADD, too. But I am managing it better than in my past. My 4Runner is now seven years old. My Tacoma just busted the 3 year/36,000 mile mark.

I went shopping for a new 2024 underground 4Runner but they are ALL overpriced.

SOO, I’ll keep my mint 4Runner and truck. I’m investing in growth stocks instead.
