What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Damn that's rough. I stopped having stuff shipped to my apartment after an Amazon package went missing... although I found it two days after delivery in the parking lot like 200 feet from my apartment. Fortunately, my buddy lets me ship things to his house and his wife is usually home to sign for it. Hope you get it sorted out

One of the best things I have done to my Tacoma. Worth every penny.

I used Carbon Force by Chemicals Guys on mine. Prepped the truck, clay bar, applied single layer. 24 hour cure time. I wash with CarPro Reset and Ec2o and top with Reload every 2nd wash starting at 6 month. Truck is parked outside in California and Arizona sun and the ceramic coat is a year and a half old. So far so good.

 

Looks so good. I’d do the same. What they charge you?

 

Put my BD S2 in the same spot. Despite it being rather low, it is very noticeable offroad even in daylight.

Props for knowing the difference between threats to life and threats to property!
I assume most know that they can’t shoot someone simply for trying to steal their truck, however I read the sentiment a lot here. I try to chalk it up to frustration or venting but sometimes I wonder.

 

I, too, hope that the typing of violent thoughts prevents the reality. But I also try to avoid the thoughts entirely because in the wrong moment people can follow through with what they allow themselves to think. Just saying ...

 

I hope, every time I read the sentiment, that the author is educated on their local PD laws and that they practice gun safety.
Spend any amount of time reading a pistol mount thread here and I find plenty of chances to dash that hope
