AR-15 BS Thread

I have one more project to plan after I complete the current one. Then Im thinking I’ll build up a better supply it’s an on going goal.

 

Neat to see that Windham Weaponry is back in business.

Currently just selling parts (probably until their FFL is redone).

 

So I bought a 16” Geissele blem rail when they had their Black Friday sale. Was gonna put it on my SPR, but now I think it would be cool to build a Mock12 Mod H with it. A 16.5” barrel with a flush mounted can (when I move out of state someday) should do the trick.

This is the danger of spare parts.

What’s a used EoTech EXPS 2 going for with minimal salt? Any reticle is fine, ideally the 2-0.

I posted this in the weekly photography thread, but I figured I would post it here too. I need to get them out. I’ve been practicing rimfire and handgun lately because of the cost. They’ve been gathering dust. Time to load some up or burn through some of my stash of ammo.

Can someone give me a suggestion on what buffer tube I should run? I’m building my first AR I’m using an Aero lower and plan on using a 5.56 Aero Upper 18 inch barrel. I was gonna slap an Aero Carbine buffer kit in there but would it work? Or do I need the Aero Rifle Buffer kit? I’m planning on using a magpul adjustable stock I don’t know if that changes anything.
