In denial that I'm not in my 20's or 30's any more :pout: where did the time go??

 evening / morning boys rained here all day and very windy. Still raining. Haven't heard the wind in a while, so it might have stopped. Will see how many branches down in the morning. Be safe out there.

    Good morning fellow Porchatonians!!!

Where's the Ark? Finally stopped raining sometime after midnight. No issues here at our place but I'll have to drive down to the old farmhouse this morning to see if there were issues there.

Welcome to the porch @NJoldmantaco !

Welcome. Nice looking Tacoma. Seems like you are on an 8-year replacement cycle.

Good morning. Rained all day and into the night yesterday. It was raining hard at 04:30 this morning but it looks like the rest of the day will be clear. Ribs and chicken came out tasty.

That would not be my favorite, the frosting yes! The donut hell no, there is only one kind that qualifies as a donut and that's a cake donut. Plain, frosted it doesn't matter.
The raised donuts brings me a laugh though. When I was working at a warehouse 40 years ago. We had Friday morning donuts. This was before we had snowflakes in the workplace. We had a guy that wanted the filled kind and he would get there before everyone else and pick up each filled roll to see which one had the most. He didn't seem to mind All the guys yelling at him to take one and go. So one day one of the guys took a caulking gun and put 2 pumps in one, before he got there. He started his thing and he looked like he hit the lottery when he found the heavy one. After he bit into that thing he was was pissed as hell. The guy that did it just looked at him and said that's how the rest of the guys feel about you putting your paws all over the donuts. He learned that day take one and go. He never did that again. We grew up in a different age. Boomers ;):rofl:

:pccoffee:  sixtys/wannabes/RainAndWindmageddon survivors. WOW that was a lot of rain. At one point last night I looked at the national weather radar; there was the big blob of wet up north, and a thin line of nastiness stretching from the Florida Keys north to Baltimore MD, like a long tail on a kite. I never saw anything like it before. We seem to have survived it relatively intact, thankfully.

Speaking of breakfast -- I had green eggs & ham this morning. ;)
