Snowed for about 5 minutes here too, just raining now. Wind hasn't picked up yet but not looking forward to it

 

Anyone got any cool mod projects coming up? I helped a friend lift his Wrangler and another do a serpentine belt on a 4.0 Taco and I might be looking for more activities lol!

 

Winter usually slows down a bit but at any glimmer of decent weather someone inevitably pulls together a group on a Saturday to mod or wheel

Snowed here for a bit. Nothing of note in terms of accumulation. It's raining and super windy at the moment. Temps are 33-35 so it's hovering over "the roads should be fun later"

 

Temps are actually supposed to increase overnight so no worry of icing. Just flooding and wind. That should be enough to worry about anyway. Just hope we don't lose power.

I'm planning to remove the cap on my off-brand tundra so I can remove the bed side & front wall so i can run back-up tailgate handle camera wires in the bed wall to the cab, where I need to remove the back seat so I can remove the back window trim so I can remove the back door trim so I can bring the wires into the cab, under the door trim & plug it in to the Nav unit under the drivers seat. But i figure it's too cold & all the plastic trim clips will snap off, so I was planning to wait for warmth.

 

For some reason this triggered me to think 'a boa constrictor covered in razor blades would be worse than ice'.
Maybe I'm overtired? The right brain seems to be ousting the left brain.

What a shitty day of work it was.

Nothing like having a salesperson question you on why you're telling her to do something (that is part of what she does) and asking why you didn't do it yourself.

Not to mention to then go on and throw a bunch of people on CC in an email, saying that she has other things which I handle and are having issues as well.

LMFAO. What a load of bullshit. The email trail doesn't lie bitch. The only "issue" is you not knowing how to do your job properly so I can do mine, as well as your CSR not knowing how to do her job either, and me having to tell you and her what and how to do it just so I can do mine.

So fucking sick and tired of this shit, of having to tell people how to do their job when it's not my responsibility to train people, always having to look over my shoulder because people don't like being told when they did/do something wrong, and always having to cover my own ass.

Was real close to quiting today. Heck, still real close to doing it tomorrow for that matter. I don't need shit from stuck up idiot sales people. I'm not up for being attempted to be thrown under the bus in an email with a bunch of people. I don't play that game, and that bitch is gonna regret this.

Morning all. Final stretch....Just have to make it through the next 5 days then I am on to bigger and better. Leaving this job - for many reasons - and going to have a way more flexible schedule, better work/life balance, and I can not wait. I have had enough of the 6 day 70+ hour a week nonsense.

I have quit a job largely because the project I was going to complete would have lined the pockets of the VP of sales and my moral and ethical compass couldn't tolerate that.
