More is always better, at least that is what we are told…

Having a truck and a SUV is a very nice combo, do miss it a bit, plus had a classic VW for Sunday drives. Not even including all the motorcycles either, sold off all those too and just have one. Too much shit to tend to, the older I get the less I want to own.

No, extremely glossy interior black plastics, shit pleather and door panels you'd normally only see on amusement park rides.

Not referring to Toyota, I was referring to GM garbage.

Meanwhile, on Tacoma 4G they are talking about how the TRD Sport Upgrade package was supposed to include heated seats but now it doesn't (after placing a deposit). That kind of stuff isn't important here, we need to discuss Subarus vs Tundras.

I don’t think you get the heated seats unless you get the much higher priced upgrade package or somehow get the $600 heat seat package and the upgrade package. I brought that up about 200 posts ago.
I also was looking at the packages a little while ago trying to find the air compressor we discussed yesterday and don’t see it in any of the packages. It seems like you just get whatever Toyota feels like giving you.

Well somebody who wrote a check and got a printed spec sheet from a dealer thought he was getting heated seats...

It is so cheesy. Diamond plate themed seat fabric, is this the 80s??? Molle panels on a door panel…like why??? What shit are you going to hang on there?

At least they focused on that, and not on making the gas tank bigger, and barely any improvement on fuel efficiency.

Maybe some people need to stay on the Tacoma 4G forum? Is fairly dry and boring there. Owners of this forum know that chit chat keeps those advertising dollars rolling in…

The pdf order guide which seems the most official indicates that it’s in the upgrade package

Don’t forget the big Tacoma logo on the dashboard in case you forget what you are driving.

True, if guys want to compare specs, probably better off over there, than staying here and getting upset. I have made suggestions, like ignoring members that agitate ya, or scroll. But they don’t seem to listen.

You can’t control the actions of others, only your own.

Me, mainly here for the bullshit entertainment, but do enjoy the tech stuff too. Which I try to keep up on and give out here and there. Find it awfully fun to compare anything and everything. Apparently that twists certain people’s panties. Which is also entertaining… :)
