Also glad I'm not the only one who thinks besides the instrument cluster the interior is gawdy.

Lol! That interior is clearly directed at the guys who grew up playing with Transformers. The ‘24 LC 250 is so much better and sophisticated. Wish they went that direction with the Taco.

I think the designers were trying way too hard make every little piece of the interior something different and special. It turned into a busy mess that looks terrible and also probably costs a lot more than necessary to manufacture.

Bold statement coming from Toyota fans, you've seen the seats in a Pro right?

It will not. Used to collect all kinds of vintage toy robots, doesn’t mean I want to drive around in one.

Don’t know who their target market is, design-wise the whole thing is a hot mess. Then think it isn’t exactly cheap, went backwards on few things. Is really worth buying one? The GMs interior is much better, and that is saying a lot for GM, it used to look like it was designed by Fisher-Price. They finally got their act together. The Silverado’s were terrible up until recently, and still have to buy an upper trim not to get the gawd awful one.

I would have been happy with the LC interior, when the 3rd gen interior came out everyone universally liked it unlike the exterior, which is saying something if many here dont like either. I just think they tried to hard, logos everywhere, print everywhere, stupid grab handle in the middle, giant dash, raptor like switches, its just trying to hard, like they stole elements from the top off road inspired vehicles now (bronco, raptor, etc.).

Don’t forget the camo pattern Toyota likes to use on fender flares and tail gate caps.

I love the new GM interiors, I've been in the half tons and 1/4 tons and both are superior to my 3G (as they should be I feel). Not sure why people feel the new GM interiors are bad when you look at the Tacoma. Hard plastics everywhere, crappy screens, terrible cameras/resolution, a instrument cluster that will scratch just if you look at it wrong.

Guessing they are looking at the old ones??? The new stuff is excellent, blows Toyotas out of the water. Toyota looks cartoonish to me.

It’s weird the Colorado looks more like the of what the evolution of the 3rd Gen Taco should have been, than the 4th Gen does.

With a few minor exceptions, I think that Toyota looks great. Probably better IRL like most interiors.

the Chevy looks good but also has minor exceptions having sat in it last week.

Only one way to find out!

Seeing more and more Colorados on the road, good looking trucks.

Seriously! The headlights are insane. Although if we are being honest, I haven’t touched my headlights since I bought the truck 17k miles ago.

I think it’s silly to save $2,000 if the Tacoma is superior. But without driving the Tacoma none of us know.

They might become the next trendy truck to have. Seeing an awful lot people being turned off by the 4G Tacoma, especially for the price.

The Colorado Trail Boss seems like sensible choice. Too bad no 6’ bed.
