also you can blame me, I don't really give a fuck at this point. I've been called plenty of slurs so giving a bad pizza review is not a concern

All pizza is good, some is better than others, even when it's bad it's still pretty good. Kind of like sex.

WTF? I breathe more than I have sex. Doesn’t make it better. But I’ll go on the record that breathing, pizza, and sex are all necessary. The order may vary at times, of course.

 

Well that all escalated very quickly hahaha.

Sadly her company doesn't offer maternity leave at all. All the law guarantees is that her position or one of equal value will be available when she returns.

Coming from Ireland, its insane companies don't offer what so many countries consider basic benefits. Anyway, after fighting for it, her company agreed to pay her half her pay AFTER using half her sick and vacation time. CO will then help cover the gap. One thing to note about FAMLI is it's based off your income so CO is only covering like 35-45% of her income for max 12 weeks. I paid into the program, why not take advantage of it now that we need it.

Not to open a can of worms, and I know many Americans are scared of socialism but it's nice to get something back from your taxes. In Ireland healthcare, education (college/trade school included), retirement, is all "free". Paid for by everyone's taxes that is. That being said, Ireland doesn't have a defense budget like the US so that helps.

With all that said, appreciate you all. Love reading other people's opinions and views. It's the only way we grow.

My wife is celiac and allergic to cow dairy. She really likes the Daiya frozen pizza if we don’t have time to make it from scratch.
The only thing we have found with the chez, not to be confused with cheese, is the lack of melting and stretching. There is some really good chez out there.
