Honestly, for the $40K mark, I'd get a Tesla. It'll be way faster than equivalent vehicles, it that's what you are after. :burnrubber:

just a couple of things tbh
Ewwww imma pretend you didn’t just say that! It’s faster in a straight line but I could care less about that… the gr rolla is just a blast to drive with its little 3 banger and 6 speed it’s legit a street able rally car

    LOL

I love the soul of ICE myself, and a six speed stick is a blast. If you want more affordable fun, look at a 2017 Subaru WRX. Way less than the 'rolla money, still fun and fast, and 2017 was the pinnacle of the FA20 WRX. Best looks of that generation (they ruined it in 2018 with the lower bumper), had fixed the throw out bearing issue, and gave it a black headliner. The stars aligned on that MY. I miss mine pretty regularly. It's the only vehicle I regret letting go.

Some of us don't have a choice. This was my commute to work for tonight's shift. The camera is not out of focus. It's just a whiteout blizzard. On three different occasions I couldn't see the hood of my truck because of the blowing snow. Pretty sure none of us would willingly ride in this stuff. LOL

Thats absurd! Glad you made it in to work safely. That's one of those times where you just shrug and say guess I decide where the road is and what lanes are haha

Riding in the snow gets interesting.
    [IMG] [IMG]

But it does make it easy to park.

Luckily that is a dirt county road (the one I live on) so it was no traffic. Once I got to the high way that ran the same direction as the wind rather than perpendicular it was not as bad.

if i was in the market for another car i prob would but since i still have a possible lead on a aw11 mr2 chassis for free imma hold off on any cars haha ive driven the older wrx and sti and they have always been a blast but never wanted an sti for reliabilty reasons.

for me the one vehicle i regret selling is my 19 civic si coupe... loved that car but sold it to fix my grey tacoma man what a waste that was! but i got an offer i couldnt refuse so i sold it

I have been in similar conditions like that ONCE. Full on white out middle of the day couldnt see solidly but MAYBE 10ft in front of the truck. That was not a fun 10mi of driving. I cant even begin to imagine at night.
