Good morning CT.
I changed my oil yesterday (maint light came on). While it was in the air I wanted to lube my TC upper control arms. I loosen the passenger side, go to pump the grease in and my grease gun was empty.
I'll buy a couple cartridges of grease and hopefully do it next Saturday.

Kiddo won 1 and lost 1 yesterday.

 

Morning all. Looks like the cold weather is here to stay. Lets see what actually happens on Tuesday.

Squalled for about 5 min. no accumulation. now its just windy and cold AF outside.

 

Definitely cold AF outside.

Had to go get another ton of pellets for the insert.

Windy AF, and cold while trying to put them away.

 

Had breakfast at a local diner & realized I was across the street from my tire place. So I went to the tire place as I've been getting a vibration since they mounted my snow tires. i was thinking a weight fell off, but they're saying the tires are cupped. Could be. But, while waiting on that I remembered the car has been asking for an oil change.
Got groceries on the way home, put them away, switched cars & back to the tire place for fresh oil/filter/tires rotation. Was some kerfuffle about the oil filter out back, I suspect they put on the wrong but it'll work oil filter. Forgot to ask when I was leaving.
Auto parts store - new air filter (Wix) for the car & fresh wiper blades for everyone (=6 new winter blades). $150 for 6 blades & an engine air filter - crazy. While at O'Reilly discovered my haircut place is now open Sunday. That's excellent as the only time convenient for a haircut always seems to be on Sunday.

Sure got cold replacing those 6 blades & air filter in the wind in the driveway. I really need to find a garage-mahl with an attached tiny house.

Tire place had a nice Hunter lift. it's a drive-on lift, but has a thingy pulls forward/tilts down & then hydraulically lifts the car/wheels into the air. And has those rotate plate things for the wheels so you can do an alignment. I really need one of those lifts in my life.

Those black lumps in the middle slide/rotate & then hydraulicly lift the wheels off the ramps. No hand jack. Neat stuff.
