None. Illegal and not DOT approved unless you install a full LED headlight assembly. Don’t be one of those guys plugging in LED bulbs and not understanding how optics work.

If you are using the original headlights and putting LED bulbs in them then you will be disappointed no matter which LED bulbs you use. I spent a lot of money on different brand LED bulbs trying to figure this out. The OEM headlights do not and are not made to reflect LED bulbs well. There are some bulbs that can be used to upgrade your OEM headlights but they are not LED.

So the real question is are you using OEM headlights and you just want a stronger bulb or you are using an aftermarket headlight and you want to upgrade the bulb?

The Tacoma has a halogen reflector. It’s not designed for LEDs.

the common upgrade is higher wattage bulbs and a harness. There are other bulbs that offer improved light without the higher wattage to require putting a harness.

the proper way to put LED is drill a hole and mount an LED projector. That costs more than the above.

if manufacturers could slap LED into halogen they would. But they don’t. They put entire LED units.
And, any aftermarket LED pod has the reflector designed to work with it.

Here’s a good resource on better lighting for 2nd gens: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/the-ultimate-headlight-upgrade-h4-not-led-or-hid.398066/

LED or HID bulbs in a halogen designed housing result in a lot of light scatter blinding other drivers and not enough focused light off in the distance for you to see well. Go with the upgrade listed in the above link and tag the op in that link if you have specific questions as he is the TW resident lighting expert,
