    I bought my first Toyota Tacoma TRD off-road 6-speed manual truck in February 2020. I LOOOOVE MY TRUCK!!! Yesterday on my way to work, I wrecked my truck, flipped it 3 times and it ended on its top. By the GRACE OF GOD and that amazing Tacoma, I walked away with not even a broken fingernail. I am just sick that my truck is gone (it is totaled). I’ll probably never be able to afford another one but I loved that truck!!!!!
    Built like a TANK, if anyone is even considering a truck purchase, you will never go wrong with a TOYOTA!!!!!

    Holy shit. Amazing you walked away unharmed, great example of how modern vehicles are designed to crumble and die to protect the occupants, don't figure youd have walked away unharmed in a vehicle from 20 years ago.

    Is everyone in this group a male? Don’t women drive trucks? I know that not many women drive vehicles with manual transmission. I had to fly from N. KY to Raleigh, NC to get mine. And every salesperson I spoke to (about buying my truck) tried to talk me into buying an automatic….. one problem, I don’t drive automatics! It took 6 months to find exactly what I wanted. Mine has that beautiful orange accent around the dashboard. And the interior was black with orange stitching. It was the most beautiful truck I’ve ever seen, and I just know I’ll never find another one like it ☹️

    My sister has a 12 Taco manual, has upgraded fox suspension and hauls a snowmobile. Way cooler than most Tacomas.
