There’s plenty left to do on this! Having it geared and locked already saves a lot of time and $$$

Makes me want to do my gears and lockers, lol.
The last things I need are of course big ticket items, almost all of which I don’t know how to do…

Better off just having a shop do gears and lockers. I sent my diffs to ECGS and if you have them do the diffs you get a 5 years warranty as long as you stay at or under 35" tires and use the gear oil they recommend (I think it's 85w-140 Lucas conventional)

I’m all for it, but how in the heck does that work? Like I gotta rip the diffs out of my truck and ship em that way? I feel like that’s still going to be a pain to put in by ourselves later.

For sure, and it was cheaper to have them do the diffs than just to buy the parts from them.

Not really that bad at all. You either ship em out and leave the truck on jack stands like I did, order diffs and then ship yours back and wait to get your core charge back, or drive down and then slowly drive back breaking them in in the process.

Remove both driveshafts, 4 nuts behind each rear backing plate, brake lines, ABS wires unplugged and you can pull the axle shafts enough. Like 10 10mm bolts around the rear 3rd member. Take the front cv axles out, 2 mounting bolts and 2 smaller bolts on the rear mount or the big hex and remove the front diff after unplugging the actuator. Once it's out of the truck then remove the ADD tube. They tell you to go to home depot and buy 2 5gal buckets with lids to ship the diffs. $10 in materials and then I duck taped mine shut

11 miles from me, nothing that's ever organized is close to Providence, so I'll be there.

Haha I would also consider Vigilant brewing as well, 1 min down the street with much larger seating as Six pack is fairly tiny inside.

Not my thing, plus the guy said he already has a food truck coming to it....?

I would head toward Pivotal, bunch of stuff right there. Wouldn't fit this crowd as much but the vegan restaurant there is top notch. Finally seeing some competition for Plant City, they're garbage but they were the only ones around for a while.

ME. But, still useless. Thinking I might order some new 5100s and top hats, assemble at my buddy's shop, then, just swap the assembly, and sell my current setup complete, to someone that is in need...
