These sticky MTs do well on snow and ice. But they don't last for shit and that's ok.

 

This would probably be my first buy if I won the lottery

 

My KM3s have barely worn in 10k miles or so, and haven’t even been rotated.

 

How does the 100 do in snow and ice? My 80 was a beast with the viscous coupler and excellent weight distribution.

 

It does great. No fun for donuts. It just grips.

 

If I won the lottery, I would go buy one of these and get back into SCCA and say fuck all this off-road stuff.

 

I wouldn't be so confident... Snow comes in many forms and only in deep powder do MTs perform well. For all the other snow conditions they are terrible. Be careful out there.

The Yokohama H/Ts have been fantastic so far this winter. From the foot of powder last night, to the pack snow and slush today they've had more grip than I remember from and previous tire on the truck. Wouldn't take them snow wheeling but in town the truck feels unstoppable.

You're just jealous. Look like pussy ass tires but they've been working great for a grocery getter.

 

honestly HT / all seasons have outperformed every single all terrain I've had in the snow lol

 

It's my first time with them. They were lightly used and cheap and were going to just be on to do some runs at the drag strip, but hey I am now a fan. I wouldn't trust them in the dirt but that's not what I need anymore.

But today when I ventured further from the grocery stores I went with the big heavy van on the A/Ts which also does very well. The van is a beast.

 

So, I went to visit my family outside of town today and my brother brought over Theo's Xmas present (I hadn't seen him since Thanksgiving)

Anyway, thought this was cool AF

 

Also, my mom told me I had this in her storage so she had brought it over..thinking Theo could have it in his room or w.e.



I've owned it for over 20 years, and when I looked it up apparently they sell for over $800+ since they're rare

 

I used to love those Calvin& Hobbes comics and books as a kid

 

damn we should have waited another week for this trip, supposed to get a big snow storm up here in a week.
