I've spent hours researching the boards and some say easily, others have rubbing issues.....I'm confused by the different ratings of the A/T3W's and the offset on the rims......so I'm just going to ask....will these fit??

I did the same comparison and went for the 70 series. Fills in the wheel well a bit more and looks awesome. Gas mileage was basically unaffected. No rubbing issues.

So P or SL Falkens are standard load models, ideal for light trucks.

LT, C D or E rated are for heavier rated trucks and are less ideal for daily drivers. You don't need them unless you plan on abusing the tire often.

265 70 17 Falken Wildpeak is probably one of the most common upgrades people do. They tend to rub on rims with more offset, you'll have no issue.

You'll be happy with the tires...FWIW I went with these in a 265/75/16 with stock rims on my 17 TRD OR. No issues running this size.
