Toyota hasn't added the factory installed TRD Lift option yet. That will add a few more.

A dealer near me is advertising one that’s in transit with a dealer installed 2” 5100 lift kit that doesn’t exist.

    $5995 upcharge

Same, lots of standard options I don’t use.

Looked at the Trail Edition, but no ACLB, and really rather build it up myself to get exactly how I want it, as I am super picky.

    Anything over $50K I am getting a 3/4-1 Ton. Just because…

somewhat of a stripper, but they come with so many features these days, isn’t really a stripper.

What doesn’t? The Trail Edition Tacoma? Yeah I know, went to build one and found out it isn’t available, which is odd since the AC is the perfect trail truck. But what do you expect from Toyota, their reasoning is bizarre.

    The F250 does however.

If you really want indulge your mid-life crisis, go with a Solar Octane TRD OR with big White TRD markings on the fenders and tailgate letter inserts. Since I'm 60, I'll go with the more subdued Pro in Underground.

Do you have inside information that no one else knows? Or just making things up?

I definitely don’t want the “look at me” solar octane. That’s what the should have called that color. :D
I will get a bronze oxide if I get one.

I like the bronze oxide too, glad Toyota offers more subdued colors. They have another dark grey called heavy metal on other models I like more than the underground, maybe in 2025.

My current truck is pyrite mica so the bronze oxide is similar. I like it because it’s a color that’s hard to describe. Sometimes it looks brown, sometimes gray. Plus it hides dirt pretty well.

I'm surprised that they don't charge extra for the bronze oxide like they are with the supersonic red, solar octane, and windchill pearl.
