Why is windchill pearl an upcharge? Seems odd to charge more for white.

Pearl painting is a 3-part process; base coat, pearl coat, and clear coat. Windchill Pearl, Supersonic Red, and Solar Octane all have a pearl coat.

Actually like that color, our VW bus was orange, super easy to find in a parking lot. Though getting too old for brightly colored vehicles these days, like more stealth.

I am hypocrite when it comes to car colors. On the one hand, I hate how monotonous car colors have become these days (a sea of white, gray, and black). But on the other hand, super loud colors like solar octane are not my jam either.

I really dig the bronze oxide though.

If all things were equal and I didn’t have to pay a premium for fun car colors I would love to get some type of weird neon green or orange, but we live in the real world and dealers love to mark those color combinations up.

The craziest car color I’ve ever owned was my voodoo blue FJ cruiser. I thought I was a wild man back then.

I was about to buy a Cayman in frozen berry, but that’s around the time Porsche had their car carrier catch fire and they suddenly stopped making that color because they had to re-fulfill custom orders of vehicles that went to the bottom of the ocean.

$425 for a premium color seems like a bargain compared to what some manufactures charge.

I’m talking about ADM, not the MSRP cost.

The cheapest I’ve seen a lime green TRD pro around here was in the 70s.

Yeah the sea of neutral colors is a bit boring. Don’t like anything too-too bright, but like odd ball colors.

Digging this aqua marine color. Doesn’t stand out too much isn’t neutral either.

Toyota does have a version of it in their catalog. Very sharp looking color.

I realy wanted the pro but I don't think I'm willing to pay the price it's going to be. But if it came in this blue with the red interior I couldn't resist.

Not familiar with allocation process, but either my truck got traded off or it’s lost to nothingness as the temp vin doesn’t even pull in dealer daily.
