Anyone know of any good machine shops looking for a machinist within a half hour of Westfield, MA? Having trouble finding shops that sound decent. 10 years experience

 

What happened?

 

Bunch of BS when I got sick the week before Christmas. Plus a bunch of other crap last year. I'll text ya

I was going to suggest my company, but I was thinking Westford not westfield. They do moldmaking mostly.

 

Ah yea if I lived further east I'd try to go back to Pro Star in Londonderry

 

Are they good? A couple of the vendors I like using have been sucking ass lately. Parts a month late and out of tolerance.

If you were closer I would try to get you into my place. Our machinist is a year or two out from retiring and he's solo in there - at this rate I'll be stuck doing half the machining for the company if they don't backfill him soon..

Anyone have suggestions for a shop that can fix a host of issues for me. Prinsu AccessRack is leaking water into the cab, my auxiliary wiring/bed outlets need to be fixed/replaced/relocated, A/C needs to be fixed, airbag light is on due to a sensor even though I've replaced the sensor (but dealer only wants to replace the entire wiring harness and won't even test it), replace my skids/sliders that I had to take off to have my frame replaced, and lastly I want to replace the carpet with the rubber flooring but I can probably do that myself but don't want to before I fix the water leak. I no longer have any space to work on my truck and I'd really like to just get it all done. I had Roko do the accessrack install and frankly they were supposed to fix some of these other issues but they only did half of what I asked them to do.

 

I dont have any help for a shop, seems hard to find lately. But for most of that stuff you could post up in here and we do meets where we lend eachother a hand. Meets usually have been in Western MA or a few at my place in NH. Mostly in the warmer weather though.

Might be able to do a Lawrence mod day here pretty soon. Can fit 3-4 trucks inside, plenty more outside but the cold sucks.

 

What's the Airbag code?

 

B1615 Front Airbag Sensor (LH), but I already replaced that sensor with a new one (unless that one was delivered broken)
