Good morning. Wind chill warning in effect and more snow headed this way. Wonderful. Oh wait I am in Minnesota and it is January, never mind.

Been below zero here for a high for more than a few days and the next couple aren't looking so good. Good news is they don't salt the roads when it is that cold because it is too cold to work. Bad news is the car washes are all closed when it is below 10°. Looks like they may be open come Sunday but then everyone will be in line. I might take a picture then. Having the 4X4 shop here do some work on my GX next week and want to run it through the wash before I take it to them out of courtesy. In the 30's next week going to be a mess as soon as I drive out of the wash though.

Normal around here especially with the younger crowd. Not a fan of the shorts with a coat look though. In the fall when it first gets cold seems like I can't get warm even layering up. Now I'm not wearing a hat or gloves most of the time even at below zero o_O. As long as I don't stay out too long.

Been a long time but the street hawkers always amazed me in places like Singapore and Hong Kong. I'd watch them demonstrate a watch with the hands moving and working on a Rolex for $20 to someone from the ship. They would get back to the ship and it would stop working. When you take it apart there wouldn't be any guts to the watch, it was just a shell.

Always tried to warn the newbies but some couldn't help themselves. Come to find out if they would had brought them back to the States instead of throwing them overboard they could have sold those shells for a small fortune. Seiko is about as high end as I go on a watch although during hunting season have a Garmin on my wrist. Because dogs.

Anymore I will not put a dog on the ground without a GPS on it. I don't need that heartbreak if they decide to chase fur and run, or worse.

    Really inconsiderate.
I’d never leave something like that.

Not the first time I’ve seen one like that here. It’s almost like the plow guy did it as a joke

When that shit freezes, it’s no joke.
Powder will freeze after plowed because the friction heats the snowflakes and they freeze.
Then the person has a hard time getting the door open without damage.
