bilstein with spacers?

    I wanted to purchase the toytec 3" spacer lift kit with the 2" add a leaf...Do these work with bilstein 5100's or should i keep my stock shocks?

    you COULD run 5100s, but why???...If you do, just make sure their set at 0...what not just skip the spacer and set the billis at 2.5" with a 1.5 AAL ???

    Spacers are garbage bud :eek:

    Trust me...I used to run them

    I wanted to run 285/70r17... Will those fit with the shock set at 2.5??

    Trust me don't get spacers save your money. The spacers ride like crap.

    Why not just set the billy's at 2.5 and get a thin 1/2" top plate spacer to get the 3"? :notsure:

    5100 OME 3" front lift 1.5 rear All Injen cold air Intake N-Fab light bar Hella 500FF lights Alpine Heand unit Type R 10 sub r500.1 amp Alpine 6x8 comps up front Alpine 6x9 in rear
    That's what I have. Doing them in the am hoping that it gives a 3 in lift. I guess we'll see

    That's what I'm doing now, I just purchased the top plate spacers and setting my 5100's at 2.5.... Thanks guys

    Bilstein 5100 all around set at 2.5. 1.5 AAL in the rear. 265/75/16 Hancook Dynapro MTs on Black Moto Metal 951s. Black badges. Aftermarket grill. TRD seat covers.
    i just put on my 5100s and set them at 2.5 and i got about 3 inches, and i put a 1.5 AAL and its almost perfectly level and i can forsure see the difference and it looks way better imo

    Awesome, can't wait to install them. I just ordered the km2's and 17" MT sidebiters today too

    oh nice! one of my friends has km2 and they r awesome, wish i would of got em. throw some pics up when u get some of this stuff done!
