Good morning. We got a few inches overnight. They are calling for 3-5 inches with some winds, so the grandson is doing school from home today. They call it flexible instruction. It's basically a remote learning day. No days off anymore.

I took the first 2 inches or so off this morning. In the old days, i might wait until the snow was done falling, then shovel. Now, I have to do it a little at a time.

Screwy weather down here again. We’ve finally thawed out from last weeks cold snap. Was about 48 for the low last night and rain, still really damp and humid this morning going to 60 today. Then hard freeze warning for tonight and the weekend with highs only in the 40s again First of next week, temps climb to about 70 and rain forecast for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. 2-3” Tuesday and Wednesday WTH.

Well it finally hit us here in SE Ohio.

Got about 6" on the ground & still coming down up here on top of the hill. Didn't start till about 10pm last nite. Wife is gonna get our annual winter pix done before the dogs get out front & then i'll clean the driveway up after it stops snowing.

Good news is : we don't have to go anywhere today. She is gonna do a WFH & I'm gonna keep everybody off the driveway until its cleared.

Looks like it might be close to 5pm tonite before it stops. Tractor has lights, so it will be whatever it has to.
