So what's the answer here take out freezer? Because I don't think trailer is overloaded
I just need to know how to fix and no freezer can't go into trailer. Every Canadian I talk to here says send it and my homie showed me his truck way more loaded but I'm just overthinking it and only reason I'm not on the road yet

There you go, then. You have 950 lbs. of payload. That is supposed to include the driver, all cargo, and any tongue weight. With a thousand pounds in the bed you are over payload before you get in the truck, let alone hooking up the trailer.

I know it's not the answer you want, but it's the correct one. That truck and trailer combo isn't safe.

You said you had 1k lbs payload, how much towing do I lose? No room left for tongue weight. But you knew that, right? :)

No. The answer is lots of trips or a bigger truck. What you are trying to haul is way too much for a midsize truck. Hell, my Tundra wouldn't haul that within payload. You need a way bigger truck, or to make lots of trips.

Because this photo was taken 12 hours ago on highway 1. Rogers pass, smack dab in between BC and Alberta.

And you want to drive that with this.

You have all the information you need to make your decision. I'm bowing out. Good luck.

Whyv are you just asking about weight when you can see thats not safe , might as well take the front tires off since they wont help you steer

No. That would make room for you, without the trailer.

If you want to haul the trailer, empty the bed.

People who say send it are not giving you good advice. If you get into a major accident involving bodily injuries and such your insurance could be void and you will be on the hook for damages. From the description of what your hauling and the tongue weight you will basically have to have an empty bed,or maybe 200 lbs. Not what you want to hear.

Still over weight, still light on the steer axle, still not safe.

That's not going to change. If you want to ignore it and roll the dice, at least max out your insurance coverage before you leave. Covers anyone you might impact on the road.

Picture is new squat.without trailer . Got alot more room for bumpstop
And next picture is squat after trailer hookup

For videos if you post it to YouTube and then just copy the link and paste it and post it.

Truck looks much better now, but I'd still weigh it again to prevent excess wear.

Let's also keep in mind last winter I hooked up a 17,500lbs dump trailer and filled it with probably the same amount of snow and.dumped it 20kms away down a highway with a Huge hill .... When dumping my truck back end would hop a foot off the ground lol . For some reason I thought my tow rating was 16k lmao
