The new ones are super fun. I wouldn't buy one if someone is marking 'em up (most dealers aren't now unless they're shits) but for the money, if he wants a joyful little coupe with a warranty, not much compares...except an MX5, which is less practical. He may have found some deals on a CarMax lot, but like you said, the savings would be slim. I think either of the twins are worth retail, they'll age well imo. What color did he get? The silver BRZ is a good one...wish they had more interior options, but at least they kept it very minimalist inside. BRZ has a happier face too.

 

Got taxes out of the way, got pretty close to 0 again this year... calculating for federal isn't too hard but damn the state of Idaho is wishy washy AF can never get it quite right. Withheld too much this year with them.
