Can't upload photos?

    For theblast couple of months, I havent been able to upload photos from my phone. I click Upload File, then Choose File, and I get three options: Camera, Camcorder, Media Picker. The first two work, but qhen I click Media Picker, it opens my gallery but there are no pictures available. No videos, files, nothing.

    Ive tried different browsers, Ive tried restarting. Havent gotten a new phone or carrier.

    Im not sure whats changed, it suddenly didnt work a few months ago.

    Any suggestions?

    What phone and operating system?
    Sometimes I have to allow certain programs access to my photos. If I don’t. Nothing will show up in the gallery.

    Its a samsung s21 w android. It worked just fine up until just a couple months ago

    Before I found out that I could upload photos, I would paste them. That method still works for me. A workaround, but stiil doesn’t solve the problem of the disappearing gallery of pics.

    Are you using Samsung's browser, Firefox, Chrome or another browser? Someone recently messaged us with a similar uploading issue and it turned out to be their browser

    In these situations I just email them to a pc and go from there.

    I bet it’s permissions related but who knows
