I actually bought the Brown one to make it a crawler so I could leave the black one like the one you like. But the way I ride now I need one setup the way the black one is set up now and one that I can roll over and not worry. So the brown one will be mostly tubing and built to do what ever i need to do to get over stuff with no worries.

Sup Phillip? Feels like I have a fever blister coming. Doood I stopped at the pharmacy yesterday and for a small tube of Abreva it’s almost 30 bucks.

I may do that, I would like to have a daily driver with a V6 chevy motor in it. Maybe turbo it but keep the original look.

    Mornin fellas!

I’m not sure if it’s standard on all of them or if I got lucky or what, but mine came set-up with a pinlock-prepared shield. It basically has these little nubs sticking up on the inside of the shield.

    IMG_4410.jpg

All I had to do was take off the visor and shield, install the lens on the inside of the shield, then put the shield and visor back on. Took maybe 10 minutes and was ready to go. I watched a view videos on the pinlock stuff before I bought it. It basically makes part of your shield a double-paned window by creating an air gap with a silicone seal around the edge between the two surfaces.

I think one with a 4cyl Toyota 2nd gen motor and axles would be pretty sick.
Mine may have it. I have never paid attention  I've never fooled with pinlock. Does it mount on the inside or outside of the visor?

Well shit, this one doesn't have it. This is the same color as mine, but I don't guess I have ever looked at the visor

Dang! Check it out when you get home. Maybe that’s an earlier picture before they started using a different one. Fingers crossed you have it on there!

I’m 99% sure they do at least make the replacement visors for these HJCs if it’s not already set up for the pinlock. Im not sure how much they’d run for though, or if it would be worth it.

I found the visors for around $30ish. If I don't already have one....I'll probably order one just cause I need it

Hell yeh. I think you’ll dig it. At the least it’s better than nothing! I’m out riding around today and so far only my glasses fog up when I’m stopped.

I’ve really been looking at sidekicks and trackers since it’ll be on the road mostly. I like the hardtops and 4 doors a lot.
I found this one but I’m not sure I can make it to see it before it sells.
