What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I didn’t see this original post, but I too am wondering what the issue would be. I love my Alfas. A bit tricky install but a great product, in my opinion.

 

Just outdoor carpet on the tailgate?

I noticed a big difference pulling my trailer with the Anderson spacer. Stays in 4th on flats and just pulls better now.

That’s funny; I actually gave that some thought, that maybe it’s not shrink wrapped for a reason. But then again, the factory 12 pin has a pretty substantial sheathing, so I don’t believe it really gets that hot.

Unless you mean putting shrink wrap on and letting the summer heat do its thing.

Washed yesterday, then took it to Homey Depot to pick up a few items. Saw this Desert Sand colored taco in the lot.

 

Popped the top and put up a new RTT, retrax cover, roof rack and awning. Got a bit more lighting to do but I’m still working out my power situation

 

It looks to me from the post like the drl surround is inop on the driver side.

 

I have the spacer which made a small difference in low end power, have been considering the pipe too. I assume both were installed at the same time?

That's funny because there are very few Tacos in my neck of the National Forest, but it seem like whenever I go to a Lowes or Menards there are other Tacomas there!

Expanded and added some rigidity to the bed cage, also to keep the tires from swaying back and forth.

 

Anyone have a good site for either an inlay or new Toyota center badge for the off-road grill. Painting mine black right now

Edit: Went back to look and you forgot to take the chin strap off. I think it’s like 10 bolts and it will look so much better IMHO.

Yes. The spoiler. I used to have a 17 AC SR5 and I pulled mine off and it looked so much better. Toyota says it’s supposed to improve gas mileage, but it’s negligible. I didn’t notice any change to mileage.
