A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
You guys need to lighten up

Just like your potentially bent frame due to no longer having any crumple zones.
If you think those 3 or 4 little lights are going to help you that much in that very specific situation have at it they are still potentially "pending location" illegal and are frankly played out as everyone and their dog is slapping them on everything now. Maybe I'll go put raptor lights on my jacket next.

they've been on the truck. Has reduced wild stuff on the road.
    No issues.

I don't run with a reflective belt, but in some instances it's required
    and why it exists

tracks require aux lights for rain fog etc.
    brb telling them they're wrong

hold on, I'm calling ARB, SOS, BAMF, Westcott Designs, C4, RCI, DV8, anyone with rig, etc. and telling them to Stop.

Here we go. Just answer the OP's question - someone can start a thread about Raptor (technically clearance) lights required by the DOT in the US on vehicles wider than 70 inches (somebody can check me on that - but I think that's what I recall). But if you like them go for it - obviously they are not required on a mid-size pickup but the OP likes them . . . . so again if you can just answer the OP's question and then start a new thread "Raptor lights suck" or "Why I love Raptor lights"
And since we are going to rag on what folks like how about - "look at me, I'm one of the cool kids and have a Pro grill" yeah you might as well have Raptor lights too. For the record I wouldn't have either.

OK that ought to get some shit flying.

lol. are we really moving into personal attacks now?

    where's the red paint?

air dam was removed a while ago, after those pictures.

i'm really not happy with the steps, but they came with the truck, and i'm building out my garage to build the real steps i want. shops take time. the truck also lives on the pavement, so i have no need for sliders other than poser status. same for the tires. goodyears offend me, but they had full tread. they'll be swapped for some yokohama's once i'm done burning these off.

i'm quite happy with my big red flappy mud flaps, it nicely contrasts everyone else's boring black mud flaps, ironically they're just as functional as raptor lights.

unfortunately, there's no lift as my garage is height-limited. i do have plans to go wider though. i've choosen to appreciate the challenge of the garage height, as altering the garage will run away on me into a 2 story barndominium. the challenges have been much more thought provoking, and i'm more of a 'journey instead of the destination' kind of guy.

the carbon fiber tip is for fun. it also covers the corrosion the stock tip has. apologies i didn't get the tacomaworld-standard TRD black tip.

find me a manual long bed. i'll wait. don't worry, i was extremely disappointed as well. i need the 6ft bed, to consider a 5ft bed, i might as well buy a ridgeline, but not happy with it's styling.

i considered the 6ft access cab, but needed the 4 doors to allow me to step in to temporarily help with family with school pickup duties from time to time. the cruel reality of having people count on me for being someone reliable and trustworthy enough.

with time, and locating a viable salvage candidate, i might still pull it apart and do the manual swap as i genuinely miss a clutch pedal, but all the electronic module work it takes is going to be roughly the cost of buying a second truck brand new.

but most of all, you missed my best mod ever. the ICBM skewp launcher, which fixes the uselessness of the skewp, as well as any wayward 'yeeters' as you put it.

honestly, if we're really going to dig into the personal attacks, i'll try harder next time, but i'm pretty sure that goes against the forum rules. everyone has a history online, and rarely is it always rosey!

thanks for giving me an outlet to describe the current state my truck! stay tuned for the changes later!

technically it's a US DOT thing - it's just that Ford made it a pickup truck fashion statement with the Raptor.

    Exactly
with lights that look like a heavy steel not-nimble Tacoma rather than a Civic

I’m sure DOT banning ECE pattern, matrix beam, and allowing red turn signals is great too.

    It's more like "discouragement".

At least, that's how I would take it.

As long as you're happy with your decisions.

Wow. He went for personal attacks? He literally has a post hating on raptor lights that once he was called out on, he deleted. Now he’s changed his tune. Like I said. This guy is exhausting.

don’t know. Had a thread asking the point of roof boxes. Then I understood they have a point.

    I have raptor lights

    discouragement on what?

i posted official NHTSA documentation on the validity of DRL's and effectiveness in accident avoidance.

i made the part on my personal opinion very clearly separated. i don't know why the two are seemingly combined in your eyes.

lastly, i'm not happy with the truck, but unless someone hands me a winning lottery ticket, being a responsible adult with other financial responsibilities, it is neither wise or profitable to alter all of the truck to my desired configuration all at once.

i don't know why you're looking to criminalize me on the current state like everything about the truck is set in stone.

even my 'ICBM' cones are just a temporary saturday little fun project that kept me outside having fun with my truck, which in the end, is the whole point of vehicles for me anyways.

i really suggest you stop taking life so seriously. serious time is for work, we're all here to have a little fun.

    Where's "double bubble?"

    Buahahahaha!!!

Your argument is with others...mine was validating the install regardless of what others think.
