    None... yet.
Total shot in the dark here - I experienced completely random stalling last year that neither an independent shop (their scanner told them it was transmission issue) nor the Toyota dealership (they thought it had to do with my aftermarket key) were able to diagnose. Truck would run fine for a day or week and then would stall multiple times while driving a short errand. I think I developed a little anxiety disorder over it! I was at a complete loss but using the OEM key seemed to be working... most of the time, so I kept driving. Came out one morning to find the battery had died. Hooked up the charger but no luck. I went to pull it so I could put in the replacement and, as I was loosening the negative terminal, it literally fell off the battery post. It had a hairline crack that allowed it to jiggle just enough to intermittently lose connection. Replaced the clamp and all has been good since!

Long-winded way of saying you might want to check your terminal clamps!

Have you cleaned the throttle body?

If not an OEM MAF replacement it is still suspect.

Ignoring all of the variables and focusing on what seems to be the ones that are related to the issue:
Going from pressurized air intake to vacuum (letting off the throttle) around 4K rpm.

    check for vacuum leaks first?

this is assuming you haven’t touched anything else recently to try to fix this (new MAF, etc)

But the question does stand - did you buy an OEM MAF from a dealer? Did you possibly end up with a counterfeit on Amazon or other?

Do you know how many miles ago the spark plugs were changed? Id also check the fuel pump resistor.

Aftermarket parts aren’t good, you should stick with oem.

If its still doing it after the throttle body, disconnect the exhaust after the y-pipe and see if that does it. Its weird that disconnecting the exhaust before fixed it so maybe its a restriction in your muffler. Also, does the truck idle smoothly?
