No but really, the wife and kiddo were napping

I didn't want to play Forza (I have to wait for the new season challenges to open up)

I always have extra steel I don't use for a long time

And someone in another thread brought that song up yesterday saying "it's a good thing they don't have a table"

So, what's a guy with a bunch of tools to do when he's bored

And it was cold rolled 18 gauge, I don't sell stuff in 18 gauge and definitely don't need a table's worth of it

i can't decide if that was really worth the 4 minutes.

of course, i've also watched teletubbies when i'm bored. so i might have already lost the important brean cells.

Drop bracket lift and booger welds
Been a while since I melted some metal. Fixing my rusted out firewall tub and the seat tunnel that rusted out too.

The tub job rusted from the inside out because I never thought to coat the bare metal inside the body cavity. Planning on doing it right this time.

Trying to weld the bottom of that seat bracket was rough, the floor was pretty rusty and thin so easy to blow through. It's not pretty but it's sealed and will be even better sealed once I lay down some epoxy primer and seam sealer.

I took the cover off of my mig welder this morning so I can wash it and found the original VHS instructional tape inside still in the plastic. I’ve had this welder longer than I thought

I have no way to watch it anyway
