Hot Wheels

My daughter told me to paint it black then glue hot wheels race track to it. Then glue cars that I don’t care for to the track.

 

They make some super thin 12x12 "tiles" of diamond plate that might not be too pricey.

I like the track idea.. I have some orange track and some black track with an orange stripe down the middle... thought about several ideas for displays with them

Few items this weekend...shelves mostly old stock that I already have...with multiples...I like having more than one....good for trading and just giving away to put a smile on a face. And the cashier didn't have a price on the Zingers so she rang it up as $6. Unsure but that'll work for a 2 pack. And I just took apart one of my extra red 4Runners....I'll do something to it eventually....

 

Here’s some 100% HotWheels from a while back. Paint is a bit beat up on these. Have more but I gave them to my kid when he was little and well…….

Don’t mind the convertibles but wish it was 1/24 not 1/18. Would fit in better with the others.

 

Think they might have opened this one a painted it. Haven’t seen this one before. Has a heavy metallic finish. Hot Wheels drag bus 1/18

 

Sorry for a bunch of photos but this one is pretty cool. 69 boss 302. Very detailed. Opening doors trunk and hood. Steering wheel turns with the front tires. Says Crown Premiums on the bottom. 1/24

I’ve messed around with that 4r, added runners on the army green one. “Tinted” the windows also on both.

 

@williams63 i forgot to post a pic (will when i go on break) but i found a matchbox you might be interested in. its a candy themed vw bug thats lifted with big tires. i saw that at hy-vee out here
