Isn’t this normal occurrence???

 

Good morning everybody.

Warmer weather and rain for the rest of the week.

 

Had record breaking rain of 1.06" yesterday (for historical records dating back to 1915... trivial but a record nonetheless). Heading out to check storm damage today and tomorrow. It did get a little sporty in some areas.

Her clock went off at 7am... She got up came in & did something that she has only done 2 other times in the entire time we have been together: she said she was sorry & could we drop it. I instantly said yes & thank you.

Then she told me to get my phone & get my post it notes page up cause she had the list of things she wanted me to get done this week.

already got most of em done since she left for work at 8am.

In other words..... It should be a good day!

Staying positive as much as possible is always a big help . I'm glad to be here & happy to still be alive.

 

I think it might be over. Please be over. Ahahahahahahaha

As to her lists of things? No biggie on that part. I'm a worker bee & believe that busy is good.

Was raised by my grand parents with that old saying: idle time breeds evil & idle hands bring trouble....... so you are gonna be a busy young man.

They believed it & i love them for it. The old ways are still better for Hyper blue collar guys named sdk1968.

I think I’m still in Omaha. I have no idea the temp, but it’s cold. And grey. Can’t wait til Friday when I can GTFO off here and back to the canyon. Shit-ton of stuff to do there tho…

then one last uhaul from canyon to Washington. Can’t wait for February to be over and I can just concentrate on work…
