Then searched and general consensus of members here/vids said that the LSVP fails regularly

Given how much difficulty you've gone through I think a rear brake refresh (drums, shoes and hardware) would be a good next step. Include the bell cranks for your parking brake as well.

Ok guys so I’ve been trying to figure this truck out and I’ve seen the driver side rotor is 180 degrees and the passenger side is 140 ish truck is abs and I’ve also figured out my emergency brake doesn’t work as well one wheel locks up and the other doesn’t could this be a possibility of the pulling to the left when breaking??

Yes take the rear drums off and look for broken hardware or unevenly worn shoes. Adjust both sides until there is a very slight drag spinning the wheel by hand

Well somethings not right if one side locks up and the other doesn't. The brakes need to be doing an equal share of work side to side. If not, that's when things start pulling

That’s exactly what I think I’m taking it to a Toyota expert Thursday so I’ll see what he has to say

You don't need a "toyota expert". Disc brakes and drum brakes are all pretty much the same.

You just need somebody that understands how brakes work, and is willing to investigate and put in the time to find the problem. Avoid any place that offers to look at it for free

Have you verified that your control arms are nice and tight with no slop. I had a similar issue on my truck and my lame mechanic didn’t torque down the control arms to the recommend spec and one loosened up over a few hundred miles. I learned a good lesson that day hehe. Hope ya figure it out!
