Exedy ones are pretty solid for the money. Got 4-5 I’ve done and they all are doing great!

OEM is typically Aisin, so this kit covers the basics, RockAuto typically has the best price if purchasing yourself. (vs a shop doing the work)

    https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=1871520&cc=1429062&pt=1993&jsn=870

These kits contain Aisin disc and pressure plate, TO bearing and pilot bearings are typically Koyo, decent Japanese brand. (I just got one for a 3rz)

While you're in there you should also check the clutch fork/ball, rear main seal, etc. Replace as needed while the trans is out.

Aisin is availble for that truck still. It's likely OEM.

Exedy is a good choice as well.

Echoing what others are saying - organic disc with a solid/robust pressure plate. Don't fall into the trap of unsprung and/or puck discs and all that.
