Went to the auto show. Saw the new Tacoma. It looks good. Couldn't get in because it's a "prototype". But it looks good in person

 

Just curious, but do you know if it was the 2.4L hybrid turbo

yeah. it was the 2.4 hybrid. iforce max. it was a pro so it had to be. and the sheet said it was. did look under it though. nothing too surprising. other than that it had definitely been offorading. hahaha.

 

I saw the trd pro tundra as well. the rear seat understorage is gone because of battery. but that's gonna be the same story with the tacoma seat storage. :/

 

Would you recommend this event? We're thinking of going today.

 

as far as car shows, it's all right. nothing amazing. but it's fun to maniuplate some of the cars and get in and out of them. see what you like and don't like. got in and out of a lot of the cars.

 

We ended up going. It was fun to poke around and check out the new stuff.

 

for sure. definitely got in and out of a lot of trucks. lolol

 

I was more interested in the GR Corolla last car show I went to. Tempting if I had parking for a 2nd car.

 

yeah, they one of those there. didn't get in it but definitely saw it. also saw the new landcruiser "prototype". haha.

 

I'm really looking hard the the new LC or the Lexus upbadged one. Should come to market right about the time my bonus check clears, but will likely let the first year kinks get worked out first.

 

yeah, the new LC is an interesting proposition. I'd definitely wait a year or two. but then again, after sitting in the tundra few times over the past year, i'm tempted by the space of the new tundra. haha.

 

I'll be selling my tacoma in the next couple months. Figured i'd put it up here first in case anyone is interested. Super clean currently at 188k miles 2010 sport with a lot of upgrades. Let me know if you're interested

Minivan?

 

3'' lift, 285 ko2's with aftermarket wheels, alpharex headlights and tails, morimoto led fog lights, paint matched honeycomb grille, clazzio leather seat covers, new driveshaft bushings all that put in last spring as well as brakes. thinking around $18k to start.

 

Well half of a minivan, an FJ lol. I regretted selling my last one big time due to family stuff going on to pay some of my baby's medical bills, now i want another to keep forever.

 

V6? Auto? 4X4?
