Why's that? Everyone I've talked to is happy with their roof mount antennas

Good find! Wish I was looking for one. If the frame is in good shape, this would be great to set up!

In my experience, people who drill holes in their roof are experienced radio operators who swear up and down its the only way to properly mount an antenna. o_O Theres a lot of things i am willing to cut, drill, re-wire and completely remove from my truck, but punching a hole in the roof for an antenna is not one of the things i would ever do. It is unnecessary. If your goal is truck to truck communications, you can probably get there with a magnet mount, ditch light mount, tail light mount, or many other options without having to punch a hole through the roof and make the commitment to never having anything over the cab. Just my 2 cents having changed my setup many times over the years.

I'd encourage you to explore non-permanent antenna options, see how they work and ask for feedback. if you can't reach as far as you want, or aren't sending/ receiving clearly go from there, but don't punch a hole in the roof out the gate.

I liked them for awhile, and then I didn't. Now there is no going back.

I have the 2nd gen TRD Baja suspension that would work for you. The front driver is leaking some, but I didn’t notice any performance hit.
Provides a 1” lift over stock 2nd gen OffRoad without spacers.
Rears are the remote resis and I have the brackets and bolts.

I may want them back eventually to try and sell to someone who wants to rebuild them, or maybe not. I just want to reserve that option.

worst case I do have 2015 TRD OR OEM fronts and rears as well as some 3rd gen TRD OR in a box.

Edit: omg, I’m turning into a parts hoarder with three spare sets of suspension…

On the truck posted a couple pages back. Yes. They are up for trade mostly but not opposed to selling either.

Have a set that I got from someone on here from a 2019 TRD OR, intended to put on my old SR but never got around to it before it got totaled. I can’t find a record of how many miles were on them, and they’ve been sitting in my garage for 5 years, so definitely free.
