I watched 10 seconds of that and it was appropriately up its own ass, confirmed avant-garde.

 

We have a store here called Wegman's that eliminated plastic bags and charges you for paper bags and I get an eye roll often when I'm asked if I have my bag...I do not. Charge me the 5¢, I think I'll be okay.

 

Now it counts as milk.

22% on bonuses, which is the 3rd lowest bracket.
Your payroll dept should have offered the option to withhold at your "normal" rate, as well.

 

Mine was taxed at 32%, which is around double my normal tax rate.
