You obviously don't have Morgan and Morgan in Canadia.

had to google what that was. guess it is the american way to sue everyone for anything even if it doesn't make any sense. same reason there has to be a warning on 5 gallon buckets not to but a baby inside. and "do not eat" on silicon packets.

but seriously to the point even me ive had a no-slip autolocking rear diff in my 1st gen for nearly 10 years. ive quite literally "locked" my diff in just about every turning condition and every speed well beyond the speed limit. once up to speed the lock up is virtually un noticeable.

OK, OP @Tacotim12345 can have his OEM location activation light(LED).

First picture is the stock configuration: 4WD LO w/Diff Locked.

Next is with a BLUE LED added next to the Stock Red LED. It looks WHITE in the picture but is indeed BLUE. I chose blue because there is no BLUE within the warning lights and I wanted to know when the non-stock option was activated.

This is how it would look with an Anytime Locker activated without 4WD in use.

This shows just what I started with "LD8008" is the LED of concern.
    IMG_1375.jpg

This is with the OEM Red LED moved up and a wire added to the pad, this total divorces this LED from the two pads below which is where the new BLUE LED is to be mounted. NOTE: The wire added has its trace cut where the trace attached to the large pad in the lower left corner.

This is with the BLUE LED added and two wire leads run to a couple of unused pins on the stock connector.

A view of the two LEDs as seen from the front of the meter. I did do some cutting of the plastic light guide to make it all fit. Note the rough cutting.

While I was into the meter, I just could not resist taking one of the motors off the board to take a looksee.
    IMG_1393.jpg

The complete back of the board with all my modifications:
    Added Locker LED.
    BRAKE light wiring.
    Busser disable switch wiring.
    IMG_1409.jpg

The needles came off with little difficulty, just pull straight up. I am having a bit of trial-and-error reinstalling them to get the correct reading. Third time will be the charm.

Disassembly of the meter is straight forward.

The only problem I had was that I had never worked with the small surface mount components and my hands shake too much for soldering these small components. In the end got it done.

Any electronics hobbyist can do this work.
