    It's clear and 10 degrees right now here in southern wv. the wind chill last night got to around -15 brrrrrrrr!

    Just tail people for like 5 minutes. that'll get them to slow down. this way a) no paper work for you b) people dont get tickets c) people slow down (for atleast 5 min) and d) you don't have to go outside
