one thing is consistent, I never know wtf is going on in here

 

So Rogue off road was having a killer deal on some closeout products a while back, it has now been over 2 weeks since I ordered sliders from them and... I have no email saying whether they're going to ship or not or anything like that. Don't know if 2 weeks is normal wait time for the shipping email or whatnot but I did email them back with my order number and everything and..... crickets

Only slightly nervous.

 

Why do all these companies suck? I just had to do a charge back for another company and it took like 3 months to get resolved.

yikes! i know it took awhile for all of my sos orders back in the day. but i also ordered stuff back when they were good... now days ordering anything is sketchy for offroad stuff... the only ones i can trust tbh is us offroad since i have talked with them on insta

 

I talked to a company on insta and email before and after i ordered… then they ghosted me and i had to do a chargeback.

 

Geez I've had good luck from us off-road years back plus they are not to terrible far away where I couldn't drive down and go to tf? But I get what you are saying thou

 

They are. I messaged them the official way first just so there is a clean and clear paper trail. If I don't hear back within a week from that message, they ghost me or give me the runaround then I'm going to ban them out of the facebook group and have a chargeback issued.

Never have these issues with RCI or C4....
